We operate a friendly and flexible salon here at the K9 Cabin, but we do have a few reasonable policies in place to keep things running smoothly and to keep a safe environment for both us and your dog.
We are Amanda Emery and Catriona MacPherson, the very proud owners of The K9 Cabin.
We have both been dog owners our whole lives, we simply could not imagine our homes without one. Our desire to train as dog groomers and open our own salon has come from years of being customers and never quite finding that 'perfect' place for our own dogs - so we decided to build it!
A chance conversation around a shared vision resulted in us both taking a giant leap of faith to follow our passion. With our families support, we resigned from our jobs and off we went to train with International Master Groomer, Flavio Fernandez. The next step was designing and building The K9 Cabin - our husbands, Matt and Iain, worked tirelessly to bring it to life.
A place of calm, expert care with a focus on each dog's personal needs and ensuring their happiness.
The K9 Cabin was born, the rest is history. We are now so excited to welcome you and your beloved dogs to our dream.
